hey bestie!

Honestly? I've been planning my entire life. From Barbie and Ken's wedding to my high school graduation to a decade-long career in events, the clipboard has always found its way into my hands.

Professionally, that instinct grew into real, decorated experience. At the Driskill Hotel, one of the most iconic wedding venues in Texas, I was assigned 10 weddings of 200+ guests within my first four months and walked away with Employee of the Quarter. From there I moved into a Senior Event Program Manager role at UT Austin, where I managed 10+ annual high-stakes milestone events, oversaw a $150k yearly budget, and earned the Staff Excellence Award in 2022. Most recently I've been managing 40+ complex projects simultaneously at a publishing company, where high-stakes deadlines and high-touch client service are just regular Tuesday tasks.

And I'm not just behind a desk. I spent years as a Wedding Production Assistant, working many weddings from setup to teardown. Which means I understand the pace, the pressure, and the magic of your world from the inside.

That hands-on experience taught me something that still shapes the way I work today: the moments that matter most to your couples aren't the grand gestures. They're the small ones. The followed-up email. The remembered preference. The thing that makes them feel like they're your only client, even when you're juggling a full season.

But when you're buried in administrative tasks, those moments are the first thing to slip.

And somewhere along the way, I realized the most talented wedding vendors were drowning in exactly that. The noise was stealing the magic.

So I built Kathrine Rose Support to give it back.

about you

You're a wedding professional

Planner, photographer, florist, venue coordinator, or any vendor who got into this for the craft, not the admin.

You're doing the work of two people.

The craft, the client management, the admin, the follow-ups. You became a wedding pro for the moments. Not to run a one-person operation entirely solo.

You care about the small things

The follow-up, the thoughtful touch, the detail that makes a couple feel like your only client.

You're ready to hand it off

Not to just anyone. To someone who understands this industry and takes it as seriously as you do

let’s work together!

You tell me what your business looks like right now. I'll tell you what I'd actually do with your hours. And we'll figure out together if it's the right fit.
