I've been organizing things for as long as I can remember.
From Barbie and Ken's wedding to my high school graduation to a career spent behind the scenes of events, businesses, and big ideas, I've always been the person with the plan.
Professionally, that instinct turned into 10+ years behind the scenes of weddings, major events, executive priorities, growing businesses, and approximately seventeen things happening at once.
I've managed weddings at the Driskill Hotel, milestone events at UT Austin, dozens of complex projects at once, executive priorities, client communication, systems, deadlines, and all the tiny details that somehow determine whether everything actually works.
Somewhere along the way, I realized the part I loved most wasn't any one industry.
It was being the person behind the scenes making someone else's really good work possible.
So I built Kathrine Rose Support around exactly that.
I spent years working inside the wedding and events world, including vendor logistics at the Driskill Hotel, milestone events at UT Austin, and hands-on wedding production from setup to teardown.
I've managed BEOs, vendor timelines, guest counts, last-minute changes, high expectations, emotional clients, and the kind of details nobody notices unless something goes wrong.
That experience taught me how to stay calm when there are seventeen things happening at once, anticipate what needs to happen next, communicate with people who are already overwhelmed, and care about the tiny details like they actually matter.
Turns out, those skills translate pretty damn well to running a creative business.
