Behind-the-scenes support from someone who's actually been there.
Your business doesn't need another generic to-do list.
It needs support that actually fits the way you work.
Every creative business runs a little differently. That's why I don't hand you a list of tasks I'm willing to do and ask you to squeeze your business into it.
I learn how you work, what your clients need, what keeps falling through the cracks, and what would make your week feel lighter. Then I step in where I'm most useful.

Don't see the thing you need?
Your support isn't limited to this list. Tell me what's taking up your time and we'll talk about whether it's something I can own.
how this actually works
01. tell me what’s going on
We start with a conversation. Tell me what's eating your time, what you keep putting off, what's working, and what's absolutely not.
02. we figure out where I fit
I'll recommend a monthly retainer based on the support that would make the biggest difference right now.
03. I learn your business
Your systems, your clients, your preferences, your voice, and all those little details that usually live only in your head.
04. you stop carrying it all
I take ownership of my side of the business so you don't have to keep remembering, assigning, checking, and following up on everything yourself.
a few things you might be wondering
-
Nope. That's what our first conversation is for. Tell me what's taking too much time, what keeps getting pushed off, and what you'd love to stop thinking about. We'll figure out where I can be most useful together.
-
We'll agree on a set number of hours each month based on the level of support your business needs. Those hours reserve time in my schedule and can be used across different areas of support as your needs change.
-
Busy months happen. If you're getting close to your retainer hours, I'll let you know before going over. Additional time is only added and billed with your approval.
-
Yes. Retainers begin with a three-month commitment. That gives me time to learn your business, get into a rhythm with you, and make the support genuinely useful instead of spending one month just getting oriented.
-
Not anymore! Weddings and events are a major area of expertise for me, but I also support creative, client-facing businesses like photographers, beauty professionals, tattoo artists, designers, studios, and other creative service providers.
-
Ask me. Seriously. Your support isn't limited to a predetermined task list. If it's taking up your time and it's something I can reasonably own, let's talk about it.
